Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: London

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000

Aztrum is thrilled to be working with a long-established architectural practice founded in 1988. With a 50-strong team of architects, technologists, and urban designers, they deliver full design services from concept to completion on projects of all scales across the UK.

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a motivated and ambitious Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to impactful projects in residential, commercial, and educational sectors. Key responsibilities for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

Aid in the development of detailed design and drawings of concepts.
Producing 3D models, renders, and visualisations to a high quality.
Prepare planning applications and other regulatory submissions.
Work alongside the design team to ensure project needs are met and on time.
Engage in client meetings, site meetings and project reviews.

Key requirements for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

A degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 2 or equivalent).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning policies.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
