Are you passionate about upholding justice and ensuring the rights of individuals in police custody are protected? We're seeking a Police Station Representative to join our client’s dynamic criminal defence team.

Our client is a well-established, Legal Aid-approved law firm specialising in criminal defence. who pride themselves on delivering robust legal support and representation from the police station through to trial.

As a Police Station Representative, you will provide essential legal advice and representation to clients detained in police custody. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role requiring professionalism, empathy, and excellent legal acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

* Attend police stations to advise and represent clients during interviews under caution

* Assess and advise on case merits and evidence

* Maintain accurate records and manage case files

* Work closely with solicitors and other legal professionals to ensure seamless case progression

Requirements:

* Accredited Police Station Representative status (PSRAS qualified)

* In-depth knowledge of PACE and criminal law procedures

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently under pressure

* Full UK driving licence and own transport preferred
