An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing team within a respected London law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor who is ready to take the next step in their career, working on a diverse range of complex property disputes in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The RoleYou will manage your own caseload of property litigation matters while contributing to the wider team’s growth through business development and client relationship management. The work will be varied, engaging, and challenging, offering exposure to both commercial and residential disputes.

Key Responsibilities
Handling a broad range of property litigation matters including:
Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
Rent recovery, possession, and forfeiture claims
Enforcement of easements, rights of way, and restrictive covenants
Beneficial interest and party wall disputes
Providing strategic and practical legal advice to clients.
Assisting with business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.
Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver high-quality service.Experience in construction disputes would be an advantage but is not essential.

About You
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5–10 years’ PQE in property litigation.
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
Confident communicator with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Proactive, team-oriented, and capable of handling a varied caseload independently.The Offer
