We are looking for a passionate and experienced Room leader to join our clients team in Banbury Oxfordshire.

Monday - Friday

8:00-18:00

£25,080 per year.

Job Description :

As a Room Leader, you will take charge of your rooms daily activities, ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for the children you will be taking care of. You will support and lead your team, plan engaging activities and maintain strong partnerships with staff & parents.

Requirements:

* Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that support children's learning development.

* Provide high-quality care and ensure the well-being of each child .

* Work well and build good relationships with parents & other members of the team.

* Support children in daily routines, including meal and nap times.

* Any other duties as and when required.

Experience:

* NVQ Level 3 Qualification in childcare ( we can't take your application further unless you have this certificate).

* Previous experience in a Nursery setting.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* MUST have an enhanced DBS.
