Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Teaching Assistants to work in short term and long-term role in a Secondary Schools located in Scunthorpe.

The ideal candidate should be able to work with pupils with additional needs and understand ECHPs and IEPs. Also carry out general TA duties such as assisting the teacher and students in the classroom.

The role will include the following:

Supporting pupils with additional needs in small groups or 1:1
Encourage and engage students in the classroom
Uphold high expectations in the classroom and ensure behavioural policies are implemented
Work with SEND pupils that have ECHPs and IEPsDuring your time with Tradewind, we will support you with CPD Trainings provided by the National College, aswell as an excellent service, competitive pay, and regular check ins.

To apply for this role, you must have the following:

Experience working in a school.
Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service
Right to work in the UK.
Satisfactory References.The rate for this role can be paid to scale, daily rate ranges between £90 - £100 per day.
