Remuneration: £30,000-£35,000 Basic £55,000-£65,000 OTE

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Kitchens will involve:
* Field sales role selling our clients manufactured range of kitchens
* Selling into predominantly independent retail showrooms
* Smaller element of dealing with builders merchants and regional housebuilders
* Initially this role is 100% focused on new business development, although will become more account management after the first 6 months
* Tasked with growing revenue up to £100,000 in the first 6 months
* On boarding 15-20 independent retail showrooms initially to achieve run rate target
* Typically 3-4 days a week on the road, remainder working from home
* Ideally 4-5 meaningful customer visits a day when on the road
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Kitchens with:
* Must come from the KBB market, ideally kitchens
* Contacts within independent retail showrooms
* Field sales experience having sold into independent retail showroom customers
* New business hunter
* Resilient and relentless approach
* Thrives on winning new clients and driving revenue growth
* Driven and results-oriented
* Organised, methodical, good journey planner
* Well presented
