We are working in conjunction with our client who are seeking a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant with at least 1 year of experience to join their team. This role is ideal for a recruiter who has a solid foundation in candidate sourcing, client management, and business development and is ready to take their career to the next level. You’ll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to placing them successfully.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and delivering top talent.
* Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
* Conduct interviews, screenings, and assessments to ensure the best candidate fit.
* Negotiate salaries, contracts, and job offers between clients and candidates.
* Keep up with market trends and provide industry insights to clients and candidates.
* Meet and exceed revenue and performance targets while maintaining high recruitment standards.
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience in recruitment.
* Strong business development and client management skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
* Proven track record of success in recruitment, including placing candidates and hitting KPIs.
* Highly organized, proactive, and a team player.
