Our client are a well-established and professional publishers who are seeking a Client Services Administrator based in Milton Keynes on a full-time permanent basis.
Summary of the Client Services Administrator role
Salary: £28,000
Location: Milton Keynes, Hybrid after probation, 1 day from home
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Responsibilities of the Client Services Administrator
* Act as the primary and sole point of contact.
* Respond to customer queries and help troubleshoot any issues they may have.
* Complaint resolution.
* Manage new and outstanding customer requests.
* Upsell and increase sales volumes.
* Deal with all publisher queries.
* B2B and B2C support and account management.
Requirements for a successful Client Services Administrator
* Experience within a similar role previously.
* Customer Service experience within a fast-paced and busy B2B environment.
* Strong Administration skills.
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in Office 365.
* Attention to detail.
* Fluent French is ideal.
* Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.
