Senior Product Manager
Location: London (Hybrid - 2 Days/Week)
Salary: £70,000-£90,000 + benefits
We're hiring on behalf of a leading name in the travel industry, known for their innovation and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As they continue to grow, they're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of their Order Management System, driving improvements across bookings, payments, fulfilment, and customer service.
This is your opportunity for an experienced Product Manager toa have a meaningful impact on a core platform used across the business, with a clear focus on internal efficiency and customer value.
Responsibilities:
Define and drive the product vision for the order management system, with a focus on financial data flow and fulfilment.
Lead customer discovery initiatives to deeply understand problems and validate solutions.
Own the product roadmap, using evidence-based prioritisation and outcome-focused planning.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Build strong stakeholder relationships, communicating priorities, progress, and results effectively.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to sunset.
Define and monitor product KPIs with a strong focus on operational and financial accuracy.
Drive product innovation through experimentation and deep market understanding.
Continuously improve Agile practices and champion a strong product culture.What We're Looking For:
5+ years as a product manager, with tenures in a senior or strategic role.
Proven experience shipping successful, customer-facing digital products.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience leading in a cross-functional Agile environment.
Deep empathy for users and a passion for problem-solving.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Figma, and modern product management platforms Preferred experience:
Background in travel, tourism, or e-commerce platforms (order management or reservation systems).
Knowledge of Agile development and outcome-driven frameworks like OKRs or dual-track Agile.
