HR Officer
Full Time - Permanent
London
Salary – Circa£45,000
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a HR Officer to join a well-established, reputable company within the Financial Services sector, based in London. This is a great role for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with Managers, Stakeholders, and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general HR support to Managers and employees across the business.
Support the HR team with day-to-day HR duties, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and administration.
Assist in policy development and updates in line with current legislation.
Collaborate with Managers and Stakeholders to support business needs.
Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
Provide advice and guidance to employees and Managers on HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (Workday experience desirable but not essential).
Support various projects and initiatives across the HR function.
The Successful Candidate Will Have/Be:
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification (essential).
Proven experience in a busy, fast-paced office environment.
Resilient, confident, and able to manage a busy and varied workload.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Experience supporting Managers, Stakeholders and wider business functions.
Proficiency with HR systems; Workday experience would be an advantage.
