About the Role:

You’ll take the lead at a 3-bed children’s complex care home in Spalding, rated “Good” by Ofsted. As Registered Manager, you’ll:

• Lead a stable, trauma-informed team delivering outstanding care

• Ensure every child has a detailed, tailored plan of care and support

• Build a culture of consultation and emotional safety

• Maintain high standards across safeguarding, compliance, and outcomes

• Collaborate with professionals and families

• Take responsibility for team development, home performance, and budgets

About You:

• At least 2 years’ experience in residential childcare, including 1 year in a supervisory role

• Level 5 Diploma (or willingness to enrol within 6 months)

• Strong knowledge of Quality Standards, SCCIF, and safeguarding

• Calm, organised, and emotionally intelligent leadership style

• Committed to improving outcomes through trauma-informed practice

• Full UK driving licence required
