We have a vacancy available for an Application Technician to support the process application of paint onto vehicles.                          

The role specifically involves:

Responsible for Health & Safety and reporting.

Process application batches using the necessary equipment.

Produce batches of paint.

Supply to various areas.

Awareness of different technology.

Follow all procedures and work instructions.

Producing shift reports.

Supporting the Mix room as and when required.

Carry out any other reasonable requests/duties made by the Supervisor or Line Manager.

Additionally, the following skills and experience would be advantageous:

A sound knowledge of Environment, Health and Safety regulations.

A strong focus on process and occupational safety.

Use of SemiTech application robot equipment

Experience of trouble shooting and problem-solving techniques.

At least 3 years of industrial experience in a production facility.

Basic Maths and English.

This position will be based on 2 shift pattern, Morning & Afternoon. Additional hours will be required as necessary.

Shift times - 2-week rotation, 1 week of mornings and 1 week of afternoons
