Job Opportunity: Freelance Construction Site Manager (Office Fit out) freelance Construction Site Manager to oversee a high-end restaurant strip-out and fit-out project in Cardiff

? Start Date: Monday, 22nd September
? Location: Cardiff CF11
? Duration: 10 Weeks
? Contract: Freelance

Project Overview:

* Full strip-out and high-spec fit-out of a office space

* Tight programme with multiple trades and high-end finishes

* Liaison with client, design team, and specialist subcontractors

Key Responsibilities:

* Daily site management and coordination of subcontractors

* Ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard

* Health & Safety management (RAMS, inductions, site compliance)

* Quality control and snagging

* Reporting progress to the project manager/client team

Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing fit-out projects

* SMSTS

* CSCS

* First Aid certification

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and maintain high standards under pressure
