An inclusive and progressive school in Gloucester is seeking a passionate teacher of Science to also take on a significant pastoral role — either as a Head of Year or Lead for PSHE/Wellbeing. The pastoral team is collaborative, data-informed, and focused on early intervention, attendance, behaviour, and student voice. You’ll be supported by dedicated non-teaching pastoral staff and a values-led senior leadership team.
