Customer Complaints Manager
Location: Warwick, Warwickshire (Hybrid – 2 days working from home)
Salary: £27,000 + excellent benefits

What you'll be doing as a Customer Complaints Manager:

Investigating customer complaints thoroughly and independently
Working with internal teams and suppliers to resolve complex complaints issues
Crafting clear, well-reasoned, and empathetic final response letters
Communicating with customers in a respectful, understanding manner
Identifying root cause analysis and recommending process improvements to reduce complaints
Upholding regulatory standards and company values throughout every interaction
What we’re looking for in a Customer Complaints Manager:

Proven experience managing complaints and writing final resolution letters
Background in a regulated sector such as insurance, finance, or motor trade
Strong understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines (desirable)
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Attention to detail, sound judgement, and a calm, professional approach
Genuine empathy and a customer-first mindset
