Maintenance Manager

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Maintenance professional to join a dynamic team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
  
What You’ll Do:
As Maintenance Lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping our facilities and equipment operating efficiently. You’ll work closely with the operations team to:

Oversee maintenance activities and ensure reliability across site infrastructure.
Support compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and resource usage.
Lead repair and enhancement projects, coordinating internal teams and external contractors.
Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor and improve maintenance effectiveness.
Champion change, innovation, and operational excellence across the team. Who We’re Looking For:

Experienced in maintenance coordination or engineering within a fast-paced operational environment.
Skilled in team leadership and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
Practical understanding of maintenance planning, reliability analysis, and preventative strategies.
Ideally holds a technical qualification (HNC, HND, or equivalent) and has at least 3 years’ experience in a relevant role. Why Apply?
