Job Title: Cash Processor
Location: Belfast
Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Shift Pattern:40 hours per week - This role would be ideal for those with existing commitments during the ‘normal’ working day or simply those who prefer to work in the evenings. Hours of work 15:00 - 23:30 Mon – Thurs & 12:30 – 21:00 Sun
Salary: £27,164 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cash processor to join a growing client in Belfast. The successful Cash Processor will assist with processing and preparing of cash as per our customers’ requirements. Full training will be provided on all aspects of this role. Previous experience of working in banking, cash handling/processing is desirable.

Essential Criteria for the Cash Processor
Successful candidates must have the following:

• Meticulous and high degree of attention to detail
• Experience in a similar role
• The ability to communicate well and work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Ability to work within tight timescales
• Previous experience of working towards targets within personal and team
• Full 5 year checkable employment/academic history

Personal Criteria for the Cash Processor

• Have a high level of reliability, flexibility.
• Excellent verbal/written and numeracy skills
• Observant, mindful and vigilant
• Ability to undertake multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Security Checks required for the Cash Processor
Successful candidates will be required to undertake a number of security checks prior to employment commencing which include:

• Up to a 5-year employment history (less for recent school leavers)
• Adverse financial credit check
• Access NI Criminal Record Check (Basic Level)
