Job Title: Global Programme Manager
Location: Norwich, UK
Salary: Up to £92,000 + bonus + benefits.
Relocation: Relocation Support Available.
TEC Partners are recruiting on behalf of a leading global engineering and manufacturing business for a highly experienced Global Programme Manager. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programmes, with a particular focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) or New Product Development (NPD).
Key Responsibilities
Lead global NPI programmes from concept through to launch
Manage schedules, resources, budgets and risk across multiple projects
Work closely with international stakeholders and technical teams
Ensure governance, quality, and compliance standards are upheld
Present progress to senior leadership and mentor internal project teamsWhat We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' technical programme management experience
At least 2 years in a leadership role
Background in electronics, engineering, or similar technical domain.
Examples of sectors would be R&D, Electronic Manufacturing or Aerospace/Defence (i.e Highly regulated industries)
Industry-recognised programme/project management qualification (APM, PMP, PRINCE2)
Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office suite
