Quantity Surveyor - Fife
Salary up to £58k + £6k car allowance

First Task Professional are delighted to be working with an award winning residential developer to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Working closely with the Commercial Manager and Director, your responsibilities will include:

* Undertaking site feasibility studies and appraisals

* Select/agree subcontractor & materials supplier enquiry list.

* Manage/monitor/report on all commercial aspects of projects.

* Develop cost control documentation using information from final agreed contract sum.

* Prepare cost report documentation (CVR) and maintain accurate projected cost to completion. Report to Directors at monthly meetings.

* Procurement of subcontract works packages

* Produce monthly payments to subcontractors and labour only subcontractors

* Agreement of Final Accounts.
