Bank Staff - SEN School

Remedy Education is currently recruiting Bank Staff to support a specialist SEN school in South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, ad-hoc work within a rewarding and supportive special educational needs environment.

The school caters for students with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASD), complex learning difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs. We are looking for reliable, adaptable and compassionate individuals who can step in when required and make an immediate positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs
* Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and classroom management
* Providing 1:1 and small group support
* Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
* Ensuring a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment

Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN
* A patient, resilient and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Understanding of safeguarding procedures
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
