Site Supervisor / Site Manager – Civils & Reinforced Concrete

We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor or Site Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and reinforced concrete to join our team.

This role offers the chance to work across a range of interesting projects in the Midlands, supporting site teams and helping to ensure smooth delivery on the ground. The position can be offered on either a freelance or permanent basis, with long-term stability for the right person.

KeY Responsibilities:

* Overseeing day-to-day site operations across civils and concrete projects

* Coordinating with subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality and programme targets are met

* Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld at all times

* Reporting progress to the contracts and project management teams

* Supporting the delivery of groundworks, RC frames, and related civil packages

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Supervisor or Site Manager in civils and reinforced concrete

* Strong leadership and site coordination skills

* Valid CSCS card, SMSTS or SSSTS preferred

* Good understanding of health & safety and quality assurance

* Able to work across various sites in the Midlands

* Based within a reasonable commute to West Bromwich
