The Role ?

We’re looking for Support Workers to join our warm and welcoming team in Chelmsford, supporting five vibrant individuals who love nothing more than a good karaoke session, a party, and being the life and soul of any gathering. ?✨

Your role will include:

? Joining in karaoke nights and fun social activities

? Supporting with cooking and meal preparation

? Providing reassurance, guidance, and encouragement to promote independence

? Offering both daytime support and wake night cover

What We’re Looking For ?

✅ Kind, compassionate, and reliable

✅ Enjoys fun, laughter, and joining in social activities

✅ Patient, supportive, and encouraging

✅ Able to work flexible shifts (days & wake nights)

✅ Experience in care is a bonus, but not essential – the right attitude means more!
