Teaching Assistant - Secondary School (Full-Time)

Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

Are you passionate about supporting young people in their education? A welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Winchester is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from November 2025.

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support students across a range of subjects and year groups
Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support
Assist with classroom management and lesson preparation
Provide one-to-one or small group interventions where needed
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with secondary-aged students (preferred but not essential)
A proactive, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
