Key Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teaching staff to develop tailored learning plans.
Support students with SEN requirements in their academic and social development.
Promote a culture of respect, empathy, and encouragement among students.---

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools) are advantageous.---
