We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to join our growing client team at Talent Nexus, supporting and developing our key recruitment clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping recruitment businesses achieve real results from their marketing investment.

You won’t just manage accounts — you’ll develop them.

What You’ll Do

Own and grow a portfolio of recruitment clients

*

Lead renewal and growth conversations with confidence

*

Identify opportunities to expand client spend across our solutions

*

Use campaign data and insights to demonstrate value and recommend next steps

*

Work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure delivery and results

*

Maintain clear forecasts and account plans

What We’re Looking For

*

Experience in account management, recruitment media, or HR tech

*

Strong commercial mindset with a focus on growth and retention

*

Confidence presenting results and recommendations to clients

*

Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills

*

Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
