Are you an enthusiastic English teacher passionate about developing literacy and a love of literature in secondary students?

A successful and inclusive secondary school in Cardiff is seeking an inspirational English Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This full-time position offers the chance to teach English Language and Literature to motivated KS3 and KS4 students within a collaborative and forward-thinking department.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering creative and challenging English lessons, assessing student progress, and supporting learners of all abilities to achieve their potential. The successful candidate will foster students' analytical and writing skills while encouraging confidence in communication.

What We're Looking For:

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching English at KS3/KS4
Ability to design engaging, inclusive lessons
High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
