Job Title: Family Solicitor

Location: Liverpool

Salary: up to £40,000p/a DOE

We are currently recruiting a Solicitor to join the Family Department of our client, based in Liverpool. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Department and will be joining a highly professional and motivated team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage own caseload across a variety of Family matters (including Legal Aid).
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and court hearings.
Draft legal documents and applications; provide advocacy where required.
Supervise and support junior staff.
Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
Contribute to business development and maintain client relationships.Skills & Experience

Proven experience in Family Law, including Legal Aid work.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent client care and communication abilities.
Advocacy experience desirable.
Commercially aware, proactive, and passionate about Family Law.
Panel membership or own referral source is advantageous.
