About the Role

We are seeking a confident, motivated individual with strong industry experience in Bricklaying and Groundwork. As a Lecturer in Bricklaying & Groundwork, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching across practical and theoretical sessions, helping learners gain the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging, high-quality teaching and assessment across a range of levels

• Supporting learners through tutorials, guidance, and pastoral care

• Contributing to curriculum development to ensure our programmes remain current and industry-focused

• Managing associated administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism

What You’ll Need

• Proven industry experience in Bricklaying, Groundwork, or Construction

• A minimum Level 3 vocational qualification in Bricklaying or a related trade

• Strong technical knowledge and a passion for sharing your expertise

• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to helping learners achieve their goals
