Engineering Team Leader

A fantastic opportunity for an Engineering Team Leader has arisen to work for an international organisation based in the Rochester area.

Location – Rochester, Kent

Salary - £50,000 basic + Great package

Hours – (Monday – Friday, days only)

Skills required for the role of Engineering Team Leader -

* Leading a team of shift engineers

* Developing the team

* Guide and develop the team to continuously improve machine availability and effectiveness

* Maintenance and repairs on production machinery

* Ensuring H&S procedures are followed

* Provide technical support when required

* Flexibility to work extra hours when needed.
