Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30, Friday 07:30-12:30
Payrate 15.00 - 16.50 p/h

Are you a skilled Paint Inspector looking for your next opportunity? We're working with a well-established and growing engineering firm in Loughborough who are looking to add to their friendly team.
 
This role offers great rates of pay, steady day shifts, and the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.
 
What You'll Be Doing

Working to ISO 9001:2015
Ensure the correct environmental conditions with compliance for surface preparation. 
In-process checks for all stages of painting with visual assessments 
Lead internal audits 
Perform final inspections for Damage burrs and Paint quality 
Oversee the preparation of paint materials and cut waste  What We're Looking For

Apprentice-trained or time-served quality inspector 
Strong background in spray painting quality and inspection 
Confident in leading audits and compliance 
3+ years of experience working in a similar role 
Someone who can hit the ground running and work on their own initiative Why You'll Love It Here

Excellent hourly rate - up to £16.50 p/h 
Day shifts only — no evenings or weekends
