We are working with our client, who due to organic growth is seeking a talented and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. As they continue to expand their client base and market presence, they need driven professionals who can help deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

* Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels

* Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews

* Match qualified candidates to appropriate job openings

* Negotiate terms of business with clients and candidates

* Meet and exceed personal and team revenue targets

* Maintain accurate records and documentation on CRM system

* Stay updated on industry trends and employment market conditions

* Provide consultative advice to both clients and candidates

* Attend networking events and industry conferences as required

Required Qualifications

* Proven experience in recruitment or sales (minimum 2 years preferred)

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Resilient, target-driven mentality with a positive attitude

* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Desirable Skills

* Previous experience in a specific industry sector (e.g., Finance, IT, Healthcare)

* Knowledge of recruitment marketing techniques

* Understanding of employment legislation and compliance

* Business development experience

* Social media recruitment expertise
