A top tier legal 100 firm are seeking a driven and skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established and highly regarded Commercial Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within Commercial Property/Corporate transactions looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role

You'll be involved in a diverse caseload of commercial property work, including:

* Drafting and negotiating leases

* Advising on landlord and tenant issues

* Handling sales, acquisitions, and refinancing of commercial properties

If you also have experience in corporate law, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to:

* Business and asset sales and purchases

* Company restructures

* Shareholder and partnership agreements

* A qualified solicitor with 1–5 years’ PQE

* Confident handling a broad range of commercial property matters
