Location: Swansea, Neath & Port Talbot
Pay: £88.92/day

Hours: 8:30am–3:30pm

Are you passionate about supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)? Make a real difference in a school-based setting with Hoop Education!

? What You’ll Do:

* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with ALN

* Assist teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons

* Create a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment

* Help prepare learning materials and support classroom organisation

* Monitor and record student progress to inform teaching strategies

* Collaborate with staff to ensure effective support for all learners

? What We’re Looking For:

* Experience working with children in educational or care settings

* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Relevant qualifications (desirable, not essential)
