HR Administrator:
Provide HR advice in regards to policies and procedures
Escalate complex issues to the HR Manager
Assist HR team to co-ordinate and oversee the end to end lifecycle of recruitment, starters, leavers, pre-employment checks, workforce changes
Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee HR queries
Assist with Recruitment Campaigns, advertising, shortlisting, arranging interviews
Maintain data accuracy
Note taking at meetings, including disciplinary and grievance hearings
Work to continuously improve the HR services to enhance organisational performance
Maintain accurate Training records and co-ordinate and arrange training for employees
Assist with the monitoring of long and short term absenceProfile
Must have previously worked in a HR Administrator role
HR qualification, degree or CIPD desirable but not essential
