Location: Basildon
Hours: Monday-Friday, Business Hours
Hybrid Working: Option available once established (2 days per week)
Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Sea Import Co-ordinator to join our team in Basildon.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years' import experience, particularly in sea freight, who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and managing end-to-end shipment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
Essential: Sea import experience (export experience advantageous).
Strong understanding of ocean freight processes.
Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
Able to prioritise multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Detail-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
