Job Title: Trainee Car Sales Executive

Salary: £20,000 basic + bonus + company benefits

Our client, a family-run dealership representing a volume brand in Basingstoke, is looking to recruit a Trainee Car Sales Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a long-term career in the motor trade.

This position comes with a structured 3-month training programme, after which you will progress into a Full Sales Executive role.

No previous motor trade experience is required — full training will be provided.

What You’ll Do as a Trainee Car Sales Executive:

* Support customers throughout their buying journey

* Learn the full vehicle sales process from experienced colleagues

* Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of satisfaction

* Develop product knowledge across vehicles and associated products

* Work towards progressing into a full Sales Executive position after training

What We’re Looking For in a Trainee Car Sales Executive:

* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality

* A motivated, positive and professional attitude

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* A genuine interest in sales and working with people

* Willingness to learn and develop a career in the motor trade

* Full UK driving licence required
