Known for bold flavours, a cult following, and big personality, this is a brand that does things differently—and they’re looking for a General Manager who’s ready to do the same.

           What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading the launch and day-to-day operation of the Oxford site
Building and developing a passionate, high-performing team
Delivering knockout customer experiences every single time
Managing all aspects of operations—P&L, stock, labour, and team performance
Being the face of the site and championing the brand culture from the ground up
Bringing energy, leadership, and a genuine love of hospitality What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience as a General Manager in QSR, casual dining, or food-led venues
Experience launching new sites or managing teams through openings
Hands-on leadership style—you’re not afraid to get stuck in
Strong understanding of the commercial side—P&L, rotas, margins, etc.
A passion for quality food, great service, and positive team culture
