Salary/Rate: £102.83 - £103.83 Per Day (PAYE)

Location: Secondary Schools across Lancaster, Carnforth, Morecambe

Contract Type: Flexible Supply (Daily) and Fixed-Term Long-Term Placements

The Role: What You Will Be Doing

As a Secondary Classroom Supervisor, your primary focus will be classroom management and ensuring a safe, focused learning environment. You will be responsible for:

Supervising students in the absence of the class teacher.

Delivering pre-prepared work (no planning required for daily supply).

Managing student behaviour effectively, adhering to school policies.

Collecting completed work and ensuring the classroom is tidy.

Establishing positive working relationships with students and staff across the Lancaster, Carnforth, Morecambe area.

What We Look for in a Candidate

To excel in this Classroom Supervisor role, you must demonstrate:

Proven experience working with young people (aged 11-16) or in a coaching/educational setting.

Excellent behaviour management and communication skills.

Strong organisational skills and reliability for daily bookings.

A professional and flexible approach to working in different schools across Lancaster, Carnforth, Morecambe .

A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
