We’re partnering with a bespoke joinery firm that’s been turning architectural dreams into tangible realities for over 25 years.

Their portfolio includes award-winning interiors for top-tier hospitality brands (think Hilton, IHG) and high-spec residential masterpieces.

Now, they’re looking for a Installations Manager who can bring structure, energy, and excellence to every step of their delivery process.

What You’ll Own:

You’ll be the driving force that connects vision to reality. From pre-site planning to the final polish, you’ll take full ownership of luxury joinery projects across the UK.

* Oversee project lifecycles—from brief to final install

* Build bulletproof schedules, budgets, and delivery plans

* Inspire and lead top-tier installation teams on site

* Coordinate seamlessly with architects, designers, and suppliers

* Conduct site surveys and manage logistics

* Uphold the highest standards in health, safety, and quality

* Keep stakeholders engaged and informed every step of the way

* Capture lessons, celebrate wins, and fuel constant improvement

What You Bring:

* Proven experience managing joinery, fit-out, or construction projects

* Strong leadership with a collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset

* Confident communicator and team player who builds trust fast

* Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems

* Organised, detail-driven, and always a few steps ahead

* Fluent in Microsoft Office and project management tools

* Degree in Project or Construction Management? Great. Not essential.
