Conveyancing Solicitor:

This is a busy, full time role supporting a senior conveyancer within the residential property team.

You will be required to:

* Manage conveyancing files from start to finish

* Handle all paperwork

* Draft contracts

* Carry out property searches

* Check mortgage offers

* Prepare all matters for completion and post completion

* Deal directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and ensure all parties are updated throughout the process

* Provide general administrative support to the wider team

We are looking for:

* Previous experience in residential conveyancing

* Ability to manage your own workload

* Be a team player with excellent communication skills
