Warehouse Operative – Flexi Forklift Driver (Noon Shift)

About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative with a valid Flexi Forklift licence to join our busy distribution team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment where teamwork, accuracy, and safety are key priorities.
Key Responsibilities of this Warehouse Operative role:

Operate a Flexi Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
Load and unload vehicles
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory levels
Check goods in and out, ensuring quality and quantity standards are met
Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
Follow all company health and safety proceduresSkills and Requirements for this Warehouse Operative role:

Valid Flexi Forklift licence (essential)
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good time management and reliability
Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
Positive attitude and willingness to learnDetails of this Warehouse Operative role:

Competitive pay rate of £14.00 per hour
Monday to Friday schedule (no weekends)
Full training provided (09:00 – 17:00 hours during training period)
