A dynamic and inspiring Physical Education Teacher is required for a temporary part-time position at a well-regarded Independent girls' school in Harrow, commencing as soon as possible. Responsibilities

* You will plan and deliver engaging PE lessons, covering a wide range of sports and physical activities, promoting skill development, teamwork, and healthy competition.

* The role involves fostering students' physical literacy, sportsmanship, and an understanding of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

* You will lead extra-curricular sports clubs and contribute to the school's successful sporting programme.

Requirements

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Physical Education is essential.

* Experience teaching engaging and effective PE lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4 is highly desirable.

* A strong understanding of various sports and physical activities, coaching abilities, and the ability to inspire girls to participate, are expected.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside strong classroom and pitch-side management, are vital.
