Are you an experienced Service Advisor ready to take the next step and truly shape the future of a service department? We’re looking for someone ambitious, sharp, and motivated to help grow a successful, customer-focused business with a huge opportunity at its fingertips.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Driving the service side of the business forward through proactive customer engagement

* Working a large, untapped database of existing sales customers

* Selling service plans and unlocking revenue opportunities

* Managing in-house warranty administration and enforcing warranty claim standards

* Taking ownership of the customer journey from booking to handover – meet & greet, progress updates, and follow-up

* Supporting day-to-day service operations with precision and professionalism

What You’ll Need

* Previous experience in a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor role

* Strong sales ability and confidence selling value-added products (e.g. service plans)

* A no-nonsense approach to warranty claims – accurate, strict, and accountable

* Some technical knowledge would be a big advantage

* A proactive, self-starting attitude and drive to deliver outstanding customer service
