Electrical Supervisor role
We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a commercial fit-out project. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical operatives on site, ensuring works are completed safely, to programme, and in line with project specifications.
Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

Supervising electrical operatives and subcontractors on site
*
Overseeing day-to-day electrical installation works on a commercial fit-out
*
Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications
*
Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
*
Delivering toolbox talks and enforcing site procedures
*
Coordinating with the Site Manager and other trades
*
Monitoring progress and reporting any issues or delays
*
Assisting with snagging, quality control, and final handover
*
Ensuring materials and plant are available when required
Electrical Supervisor Requirements:
*
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial fit-out projects
*
Strong understanding of commercial electrical installations
*
ECS/CSCS card
*
SSSTS or SMSTS (SSSTS minimum)
*
Good knowledge of health & safety regulations
*
Ability to lead teams and maintain productivity on site
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
