Project Manager – Perry Barr, Birmingham – School Fitout

Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in internal refurbishments, fitouts and roofing works, and they are looking for a Project Manager to deliver an 8 week school fitout in Birmingham starting in July.

Project Manager will be expected to:

* Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis

*

Coordinate/ book all trades

*

Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard

*

Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings

*

Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers

*

Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time.

Skills/ Qualifications required:

*

SMSTS & CSCS Card

*

MUST have enhanced DBS (taken within the last 3 years)

*

First Aid Certificate

*

Previous School/College/Nursery Fitout experience
