Location: Central Bristol (with parking available)
Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–17:00 | Friday 07:30–16:30
Salary: £27,000 + uncapped commission 
Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Learn how to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Source, screen, and place skilled engineering professionals into permanent and temporary roles.
Support the recruitment process while providing excellent service and advice.
Develop skills in negotiation, business development, and client management.
Work towards meeting individual and team targets with guidance and support from your managers.To be Successful

Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn.
Confident with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and target-driven, with a positive attitude.
Able to manage relationships and work well in a team.
Customer-focused, with any background in sales, engineering, or service roles considered an advantage.
Holder of a valid UK driving licence.
Recruitment experience desirable.What We Offer
