Site Manager – Retrofit Project | Milton Keynes

? £260 per day (Ltd or CIS)

? Start: Mid-to-late June | Duration: 4–6 weeks (with potential for more)

We're looking for a Site Manager with experience in energy efficiency and retrofit works for a short-term project in Milton Keynes. The role involves overseeing enabling works and managing subcontractors delivering fabric insulation and renewable measures on-site.

Requirements:

SMSTS (essential)

First Aid (preferred)

Proven experience managing retrofit, insulation, or renewable energy measures

Able to work closely with Contract Managers and follow Gantt chart planning

Confident communicator – firm but fair approach

You’ll be working with the main contractor on a residential block (23 flats) as part of a wider energy upgrade programme
