Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored classroom support under the direction of teaching staff
Work one-on-one or with small groups of students to reinforce learning objectives
Assist with planning and delivering intervention programmes for pupils with additional needs
Encourage student engagement and promote positive learning behaviours
Help create an inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel supported and valued
Maintain accurate records of student progress and feedback for teachers
Support pastoral care and contribute to the overall well-being of students

Candidate Profile:

We’re looking for someone who is:

Enthusiastic about education and committed to student success
Experienced in supporting young people (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)
Empathetic, patient, and confident in building positive relationships with students
Flexible and proactive in their approach to classroom support
Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide suitable references
