Week 1 - Monday – Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm
Week 2 - Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm

The job role
We are currently seeking a Loader to join our busy team at our European Milling Centre in Par. This is a hands-on, full-site-based role in an industrial setting located on the docks.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods out of the site — a critical role in our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate counterbalance forklift trucks to move and load goods
* Load lorries and shipping containers
* Discharge powders from bulk tanks into tankers
* Use RF scanners to manage and track stock
* Follow health and safety protocols in all operations
* Work both indoors and outdoors across designated loading stations
* Collaborate closely with a small team of Loaders and report to the Senior Captain

You will have:
* Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
* Experience in an industrial environment preferred
* A full UK driving licence (or equivalent)
* Counterbalance forklift training (nationally accredited ideally)
* Ability to follow set procedures and work within safe operating methods
* Strong communication and basic numeracy skills
