Supreme Recruitment are looking for Production Operative to join a small company creating bespoke batch produced products based in Witton (B6)
This position will involve heavy lifting!
As a Production Operative you must have:
* An enthusiastic approach to all tasks given
* Some experience in a manufacturing environment
* Recent work references
Roles of a Production Operative include:
* Working as part of a small, highly skilled team
* Machine operating
* Use of handheld tools
* Quality Checking
* Willingly carrying out other associated ad-hoc duties
* Adhering to Health and Safety regulations at all times
What we are looking for in a Production Operative:
* The Ability to pay close attention to detail
* Committed and reliable individual
* Hard working individual
* Problem solving, some physical strength and an ability to work well in a team are all important characteristics for the role.
Working hours:
* Initially during Training, Mon to Fri, 7am-2:30pm, (35hrs/week)
* Once fully trained, hours can extend to 40hrs/week.
* Some flexibility available to the right candidate.
Pay:
* £12.21ph to £12.50ph depending on experience
